ASFOL-1

ASFOL-1 is an oil cutting fluid:

• It is a solution based on mineral and vegetable oil doped with functional additives of foreign production.
• Versatile in heavy conditions of machining of various metals and alloys in such operations as lathe turning, milling, drilling at the automated and semi-automated machine tools, etc. The cutting fluid is successfully used during drawing, gear and thread machining, and cold plastic deformation of metals.
• It provides high processing behavior confirmed by plants, due to processing parts с minimal friction factor. It provides flushing and easy removal of cutting waste from the cutting zone, during deep drilling, as well.
• In particular it is recommended as an efficient substitution of МР-7В cutting fluid in milling and shaving, deep drilling, automated lathe turning.
• Owing to high lubricating capacity (as compared to МР-7В cutting fluid) it provides increase in tool durability on average by 1.5 times.
• Process entrainment (with cutting waste and processed products) is decreased nearly by 25 %, which allows reducing purchases of cutting oil.
• Roughness of the processed surface (as compared to the domestic analogues) is improved on average by 1 grade.
• It provides improvement of sanitary-hygienic labor conditions of machine-tool operators by means of decreased formation of oil mist and absence of fuming in the operational zone.
• According to toxico-hygienic evaluation the product refers to low hazardous substances (class 4 of hazard) in terms of severity of skin exposure and inhalation impact.
• To save industrial costs the cutting oil may be delivered as concentrated ASFOL-1K and applied as 20 % additive, when working solution of ASFOL-1 is prepared by mechanical stirring of mineral oil (including recovered ones) and the concentrate. 
• Cost advantages in case of substituting foreign cutting oil make more than 100 %.
