ROKSOL is a concentrated semi-synthetic cutting fluid of "premium class":

• Concentrated semi-synthetic cutting fluid with minimal content of mineral oil (up to 10 %).
• Multi-purpose CUTTING FLUID: it is used as 3–5 % water solution in various operations of edge-cutting machining and abrasive processing of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and alloys.
• Innovative CUTTING FLUID of "premium class": it has extremely high lubricating properties due to lubrication synergism at the colloid, semi-colloid and chemical levels. But at the same time it has also excellent detergent properties.
• It offers reliable corrosion protection and high microbiological and fungal resistance. This allows long-term absence of working solution circulation (for example, in case of forced outage of equipment).  3 % working solution, which can be also mixed with hard water (21,00 mg-eq/l), provides the guaranteed corrosion protection of processing equipment, tooling and processed parts;
• It is an excellent alternative to the foreign semi-synthetic cutting fluids, also if used at the machining centers and CNC machines.
• Economically highly efficient - long-life performance without replacement. The experience of applying this emulsion at the leading Ukrainian plants demonstrated that the service life of this emulsion without bio-contamination makes 1 year and more.
• ROKSOL has low specific consumption, and requires only correction of decreasing quantities.
• This cutting fluid provides detergency effect for cleansing machine tool surfaces and in-process preservation of parts.
