NIKVOL-MM

NIKVOL-MM is a process lubricant for cold pressurized deformation processing of metals:

• It is versatile for starting and finishing operations: rolling, drawing, pressing, extrusion molding, drawing various metals and alloys.
• It provides high processing behavior confirmed by the plants: performance improvement; tool durability; processed surface quality (on average by 1-2 quality grades, class of polishing – grinding finish): processing capacity and precision; quality of the processed surface and tool durability; considerable decrease of deformation force; soft processing mode with steady feeding of metal (without metal penetration).
• Cold rolling of pipes made of 12Х18Н10Т steel grade provides increased linear displacement of metal by 30  %, rolling mill yield by 30 % and productability of the rolling process; at the same time degreasing operation is simplified and general production practices are improved.

• During aluminum drawing increase in reduction to size and processing performance achieves 100 %
• If necessary, remaining lubricant is washed out with conventional detergent solutions.
• According to the conclusion of the MOH, Nikvol-MM is of low toxicity hazard (class 4 of hazard). It provides improvement of sanitary-hygienic labor conditions of the workers due to low misting factor and evaporation.
• It has high service characteristics and long service life: it is material-saving in operation due to low entrainment coefficient; simple in application: it is applied on the surface of process tooling in a thin layer and added as far as it is consumed.
• The lubricant is used successfully at the high-technology leading plants of Ukraine.
