TEHMOS - 2

TEHMOS-2 is a concentrated low-foaming technical detergent:

• TEHMOS-2 Highly efficient low-foaming detergent for cleansing: engineering parts, process equipment from oil and other hard-to-remove contaminations.
• TEHMOS-2 enables to remove stubborn stains without abrasive-mechanical action, without heating the solution and without applying expensive fire-prone and toxic organic solvents.
• TEHMOS-2 is also used during in-process washing and depreservation parts and units; for degreasing polished metal surfaces with simultaneous removal of remaining polishing compounds; preparing surfaces for the required cleanliness class to apply electroplating, paint coatings and phosphatizing; preparing recyclable material (cutting waste) prior to compaction for remelting.
• This multi-purpose cleansing liquid is suitable for washing products made of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous alloys, at the same time rubber gaskets and non-ferrous alloys are not damaged during the contact.
• Low-foaming solution of TEHMOS-2 may be used both in submerged and jet washers, and during manual washing.
• Working solution of TEHMOS-2 is easily mixed with cold water of any hardness, and applied at a temperature  +10...+30°C; there is no need for long mechanical stirring, water preparation and solution preheating (as in case of dry mixtures and pastes), which is economically feasible.
• TEHMOS-2 has high washing ability confirmed by plants and low consumption during short-term contact with parts; remaining detergent is easily removed from the surface of the cleaned parts by rinsing, which results in water resource saving.
• Economically highly efficient: it provides long-life performance (without replacement) and requires only correction of decreasing quantities.
• Unlike other detergents, 5 % working solution of TEHMOS-2 makes protective anticorrosive and disinfecting impact on the washed metal parts, which provides their in-process storage. There is no need in additional treatment with anticorrosion agents (as required usually after washing).
• This concentrated detergent is non-combustible and retains its properties at low temperatures; guaranteed shelf life makes 2 years.
• TEHMOS-2 is of low toxicity hazard - according to the conclusion of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine it is referred to class 4 of hazard.
• TEHMOS-2 is of low environmental hazard: it does not form stable emulsions with oil contaminations which can be easily removed from the solution surface; it is referred to biodegradable materials (class 3); used fluid is disposed in accordance with standard conditions of the enterprise.
