ASFOL-RR

ASFOL-RR is a bearing preservation fluid of “premium class”:

• Innovative preservation fluid liquid "ASFOL-RR is designed for preservation, washing and super finishing of bearings with high extent of mechanical impurities removal and dewatering.
• It provides reliable preservation of bearings during the in-process storage, transportation and extended storage from 2 to 5 years, including in the tropical climate.
• ASFOL-RR is also used successfully in the operations of super finishing and washing of precision parts (bearings) with simultaneous preservation.
• The product quality is confirmed by supplies of articles preserved with ASFOL-RR to the EU Member States, including SKF plants (Germany)
• High efficiency of ASFOL-RR application is determined by thin preservation film (10…20 μm) and accordingly low specific consumption (16…23 g/м2), at the same time unlike other lubricants preservation capacity is provided rather by the properties of functional additives than by thickness of the protecting film.
• Unlike other lubricants, this fluid does not require high-temperature heating, which provides energy saving when using the fluid.
• The process of applying the fluid on the article surface is technologically simple and fast – it is carried out by any methods: by dipping, brushing, roller coating or spraying at the temperatures from 0 °С and above, which allows performing coating operations in non-heated rooms.
• To save industrial costs preservation fluid liquid may be delivered as concentrated ASFOL-K and used as 17 % additive to oil available at the plant, including the recovered ones.
• Unlike other lubricants, preservation with ASFOL-RR does not require further additional and labor-intensive operation of depreservation. If necessary a thin layer preservation fluid is easily removed from the surface of articles.
