VODAGART-2

VODAGART-2 is a polyacrylamide-based polymer quenching fluid concentrate designed for spray cooling of steel components during surface hardening, including induction hardening.

It is used as an aqueous solution. The cooling intensity can be adjusted by changing the concentration, helping to reduce the risk of cracking, distortion and warping compared with water quenching, provided that the process parameters are properly selected.
