VODAGART-3
VODAGART-3 is a water-based polymer quenching fluid concentrate designed for the preparation of working solutions used in the heat treatment of steel parts and workpieces. The recommended starting concentration for industrial trials is 27%, while the typical working concentration range is 25–30%.
The suitability of VODAGART-3 for a specific part shall be determined through industrial trials, including evaluation of hardness, absence of cracking, dimensional stability of the component, and stability of the working solution.
