EkoEm -1

EcoEm-1  is a concentrated semi-synthetic cutting fluid of "Standard class":

• EcoEm-1 Concentrate  is recommended for application as 4–5 % water solution of multi-purpose cutting fluid when processing various ferrous, non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
• High lubricating properties inherent in this modification provide high durability of the cutting tool and quality of the processed surface and enable to recommend it for application in the numerous critical manufacturing operations (including at the automated machining centers) of edge-cutting machining and abrasive processing:
• "EcoEm-1" is the “golden mean” of specifications for cutting fluids: high lubricating properties similar to emulsols and high cooling properties similar to synthetic cutting fluids.
•  low toxicity hazard - according to the conclusion of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine it is referred to class 4 of hazard.
  Due to the low content of emulsified oil (up to 20 %) treatment emulsion contaminated the air of the working area with oil aerosol much less, which provides its compliance with modern hygienic requirements. The operating personnel are satisfied with EcoEm used in operation and indicate high service characteristics of the cutting fluid.
• Concentrated cutting fluid is non-combustible and can be stored without hazard requirements.
• Simple and easy preparation: this cutting fluid is easily mixed with cold tap water in 4–5 % concentration, forming emulsion of deep opaline color; no heating, additional components and expenses are required
