EcoEm-1, modification 1 is a concentrated synthetic cutting fluid of "Economy class":

• Concentrated  EcoEm-1, modification 1 is recommended for application as 3–5 % water solution of the cutting fluid when processing various metals and alloys.
• Having low cost the concentrated 5 % working solution of the cutting fluid reliably provides:
  • corrosion protection of the processed products and equipment;
  • comparatively high (and in some cases comparable with “expensive” concentrated cutting fluids) lubricating properties;
  • high detergent properties ensuring high technological parameters during abrasive processing of metals.
• Being mixed with water having hardness up to 21 mg-eq/l, the concentrate forms stable fine-dispersed semi-transparent, opalescent emulsion resistant to microbiological contamination.
• With regard to low cost of the concentrate and ensured technical and economic performance this version may be recommended to the enterprises having specific operating procedures which allow imposing no high (and special) requirements for the cutting fluid, and, respectively, these enterprises are not interested to overpay for non-used characteristics.
