3–5 % working solution provides extremely high properties and versatile application during various process operations, including processing of high-alloyed, heat-resistant and tool steel grades. The experience of applying this cutting fluid at the leading Ukrainian plants demonstrated that service life of working solution without bio-contamination makes 1 year and more.

RIMOL is consistent with recent changes in the EU legislation - EU Regulation №1907 / 2006 REACH and EU № 605/2014 regarding the prohibition of use as a part of the coolant formaldehyde and boron salts.

RIMOL is a concentrated synthetic multi-purpose cutting fluid for machining:

Synthetic lubricant coolant fluid of "premium" class.
It is used as 3–5 % water solution during operations of edge-cutting machining and abrasive processing of various ferrous metals and alloys (including: high-alloyed steel grades, heat-resistant alloys); it is used successfully for all types of processing bearings (shafts) with high precision and quality of surface processing.
It is recommended for use as testing fluid with long life for hydraulic testing of pipes;
High microbiological and fungal resistance. This allows long-term absence of working solution circulation (for example, in case of forced outage of equipment);
3 % working solution, mixed with hard water (21.00 mg-eq/l), ensures guaranteed corrosion protection of process equipment, tooling and processed parts;
According to the comparative testing certificates, it complies with the technical level of European cutting fluids;
It provides detergency effect for cleansing machine tool surfaces;
