FERROBETOL-M RCP

FERROBETOL-M, RCP modification is a concentrated mineral emulsol for manufacturing reinforced concrete products:

• 20-50% working emulsion made of concentrated Ferrobetol-M provides the required lubricating properties for manufacturing reinforced concrete products by bench method. The emulsion is successfully suitable for paving slab manufacturing.
• Simple and easy preparation, in winter season as well: concentrated lubricant is easily diluted with cold service water; it does not require hot water and lubricant boiling. Application:  no used lubricants, diesel fuel, lime milk, water softener and acoustic dispersants are provisioned.
• The experience of the lubricant application by our customers shows stable achievement of high quality of mold surfaces, and accordingly of concrete products and general efficiency of application when alternating mold lubrication with Ferrobetol-M emulsion (5 times) periodically with NIKVOL-RO (1 time).
