NIKVOL-RO is a process lubricant for manufacturing reinforced concrete products of improved quality:

• Process lubricant NIKVOL-RO is an analogue of European lubricants and profitably exceeds low-quality inefficient lubricants such as ECS, Agat, etc., based on used oil, in terms of operating parameters
• Versatile for manufacturing all types of reinforced concrete products of improved quality: hollow slabs, external walling panels, cast stones, concrete sleepers, paving slabs, road kerbs, decorative concrete fences, bridge crossings and for manufacturing cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures.
• Versatile for all types of production processes using bench, conveyor, cassette, cast-in-place frame and other technologies.
• Due to decreased lubricant viscosity, in addition to usual methods of lubricant application it is possible to use even household spraying guns with working pressure of 3…4 atm.
• NIKVOL-RO is used in processing horizontal and vertical surfaces of any structure; in this case the lubricant is well-retained and is not “washed out” with concrete.
• In 10-15 cycles of lubricant application a protective micro-layer is formed on the mold surface, which reduces lubricant consumption in further operation, gradually cleans molds from old contamination (restoration effect) and improves quality of concrete products.

It provides high processing behavior confirmed by the plants:

• easy stripping without jerking both in natural drying and steam curing
• absence of concrete residue and corrosive scab on the mold surface
• absence of lubricant penetration into concrete and reduction of its strength
• absence of lubricant stains, segregations, chipping and pores
• glossy finish.

NIKVOL-RO has high service characteristics:

• low specific consumption and absence of necessity to add diesel oil and other components, which provides high efficiency of application;

• easy application during spraying and high speed in mold surface preparation, including  in “dead” areas
• corrosion protection of steel shuttering
• elimination of dependence on the weather conditions during operations in open air (as compared to emulsion lubricants);
• wide temperature range of lubricant application: from - 20 °С to +120 °С and possibility to work in winter season;
